The officer issued my LMIA replied my request as below:

We are not able to extend the validity of the six month period; however, you may want to contact CIC as my understanding is the foreign worker has 6 months to apply for permanent residency and if he/she has already done so then you should be alright.

IRCC stands for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada which is the new name for CIC.

What would be the reason for delay to us. I have seen april pnp inlander getting their ppr..
I called cic. But they can't give status update until I completed 6months from aor.
Any one of you called cic/got gcms notes???

Even mine is in the same scenario... AOR Jan 4th and BG in progress from January 19th till today... No updates in between... ???

Just updating my application AOR I would think some of our application reviews are very extensive especially considering there are March applicants who are receiving PPR's and the officers processing them will also matter some might be a little more willing to approve quickly. Atleast thats what I think.

yeah I ordered on 19th April and there was nothing done in my file from Feb 2nd. Everything was in progress other than medical.

Mine is the same. Nothing since Jan 30th. Just sitting in a queue I'd imagine.
