Hi guys,

Get my PPR today April 15th. ;D
My timeline as below. Please help to update the spreadsheet. Sry, didn't save the code for changes.

BC PNP-INLAND
Invitation: Dec 18th
AOR: Jan 5th
Request Additional information: Jan 18th
Medical passed: Jan 21st

I am going to the state tomorrow ... didn't expect PPR come this early.
Will have to send my passport after 2 weeks when I come back.
Do you guys think it's fine to do so?
Kind of nervous about it ....

Congrates :)
Hope they will process FSW file too

Been a silent member for a while...pls to say I've got PPR yesterday! It actually happened quite smoothly for us!

Here is my timeline:
NSPNP Outland
AOR 10Jan16
Schedule 4a request 13Jan16, submit same day
Medical upfront
RPPRF 18Mar16
PPR 12APR16
Visa office:London

So in short, around 3 months turnaround! I don't notice my background check status changed, at least I think only have 1 ghost email early on in the application.

Thanks so much for all the help from this forum, happy to answer any questions if I can help!

Congratulations!!

Congratulations to all who received PPRs..

Good to see many Jan AOR's are getting it..

PNP & CEC are the quickets..and they are maintaining the average in line with Annual report..

Hope FSW also starts soon..

Regards.

Pals,

As I understand, one has to land within one year of Medicals..(off course after getting PR:P)

If for any unfortunate reason that is not possible, then what is the way out?

What can be the outcome/consequences?

Regards.

Hi everyone, I have applied for PR in EE FSW , Jan AOR, recently my work visa was rejected after I was spoken to on the phone by the immigration officer. My current work status ie I am on leave without pay was not acceptable to the immigration officer. I am a teacher by profession and had applied for Early Childhood Educator with a positive LMIA and job offer. Is there still a chance that my PR can get approved. What further action can I take for work visa and for PR. Will be grateful if someone can advise. Thanks.

If you have a look, CEC hasn't been touched. Not for November, December, or January. It's only PNP that's getting PPR at the moment. FSW is actually moving faster than CEC.

CIC can extend the validity of COPR or They can ask you to retake the medical test.

I had a friend who met with an accident and was not able to come to canada before the COPR expires. They asked him to retake the medical test and issued a new COPR and visa.
