Yes. indeed.

2 months is pretty good time to get one.

Regards.

Anyone know how long the BG check's take on average? Mines been "in progress" for nearly 2 months? I did live in Canada for 4 years so I know they will have to check that, but otherwise I gave them my Australian PCC with no criminal record. Seems like some peoples BG's only take a few days?

No one's BG gets completed in a few days. Your BG status change to in progress very soon. Most of the people have to wait for 5 months before their BG status changes to in progress and then within a week they receive PR.

Your BG status changed very quickly, but that doesn't signify that you will receive PR also quickly.

Congratzzz to all who got PPR...Happy for you all...

Congratulations to ppr guys

Congrats! Any ties with Canada like study, previous employment or first degree relative there?

Did you have PNP? Congrats for PPR :)

I have already updated the Google spreadsheet, so I'll pass on this

Is their any pattern/order as how CIC process applications for PR?

I am SINP candidate as well (NOC -2171). CIC had requested Schedule 4 initially and then requested PCC (for which I had submitted Letter of Explanation). No update from CIC after docs uploaded on profile/application.
