Hi guys, also a January applicant. AOR was issued on January 12. Medicals already passed and a schedule 4 has been requested an uploaded.

I have a question though, do we have to upload ORIGINAL transcripts? The transcripts I have are the ones that came directly from the college I attended, but for some reason, they are watermarked with the word COPY on the paper. I do not know if that would be an issue. Any help would be appreciated.

That should be fine (as long as in English or French). In fact, no need to upload transcripts. CIC doesn't explicitly mention transcripts. As long as you provided copies of diploma and/or degree (with translation, if applicable), you should be fine. Cheers.

Hello Friends,

Got AOR on Jan 29th. Medical Passed soon after that.

From Feb 3rd, there is no update on the status.

Review of Eligibility : In Progress
Back Ground Check: Not Needed at this time.
Additional Documents: Not Needed at this time.

I am an FSW Outlander. How long it would take to see a change in this status?

Regards

Hi All,
I'm a January 29th Applicant.
Just have a doubt I submitted my Reference Letters for my employment exactly as mentioned BUT I have not attached the Visiting Cards of the Officers signing the letter
Do you think It will create an issue

Thanks

Hi jk_indian, there's still plenty of waiting for us to do. I say be prepared to wait a couple of months more, at the least. Some folks have indeed gotten early PPRs but those are rare and outside the norm. The norm is 4-6 months. Best wishes.

Hi Nikhil89, you should be fine. No need to attach v-cards of the signatory (I'm assuming the title of the person signing was disclosed in the letter, and that the other requirements - address and contact numbers etc. - were met). Best wishes to you.

Thanks mooseNbooze
Oh yes everything was mentioned in detail in the letter the designation of the personnel signing was mentioned along with their name at the bottom of the letter where they have signed

The most important thing is that it should be printed on letterhead paper.

my wife is also pregnant and doctors took her medical test with X-ray. Probably you would have consulted another doctor from the panel.

Thanks for your response.
Did you file deferral pregnancy form? As it is important to describe your medical status.
Also how can I track my emedical reports?

If you mean that you sent OINP application and it was received on Jan 11 then you will get AOR around April. Unfortunately you cannot apply for extension with that AOR. You need nomination in order to apply for extension.

Another way is to use eAPR which is not applicable in your case.

To All,

Only thing that I would like to mention here is that..

Yes, all of us are excited. Lets continue to be positive and optimistic.

However, better lets use this time to do our research about social, job, political environment etc in Canada. As we need to fly soon to Canada once PR is received. :)

Searching and experimenting things after we land will be quite costly (without job).

Cheers!!

Regards,
Kunal
