I have an LMIA and had the same concern. But there is no need to send CIC the document. When you provided an LMIA number there was no request to attach the document, was there? No.
There is no need to send CSE.

I provided Police PCC initially which did not cover the last 10 years duration. Now I have provided PCC from PSK.
