Received another ghost email today. Still nothing's changed though!

Well, I have update but without email
Few minutes ago decided to check my status, just in case...and my medical results were changed to passed. I guess it was changed within last working hours on Friday. Probable I will receive a delayed email in next days.

I believe any change to work should be communicated to CIC so that when they do back ground check they shouldn't find any difference with your profile. But if there is no change in your role after promotion (i.e. NOC doesnt change) then it shouldn't be an issue. But I am not sure in your case, experts may advise.

Thank you mate. There are two things. The letter states change in title and no change in terms/conditions,profile. But, in actual fact, from 1.1.16, I have a global role (but not mentioned on the letter) rather than previous role where i used to look after certain countries for 6 years. The origianal job description letter submitted to CIC contains 6 years of work description until dec 15. If we look at documentation, I can simply upload promtion letter and stay silent. Practically, I have a global role and I still look after my previous profile+global role.

As it is all about documentation, so I should be ok with simple upload of the promotion letter? In any case, my profile changed from 1.1.16 (same NOC) and i will be entitled to claim points for 6 years exp in addition to previous exp.

It's frustrating right? Everytime you get one of those emails excitedly logging on only for there to be no difference! haha. This is such a nerve wracking and frustrating wait!

@Ellia - Thank you. Now it confuses me as it make sense to do CSE for foreign travel. I will be travelling frequently to Europe in coming weeks...
