Yes, FSW outlanders are faster.
 
1. Being an applicant from US, my case will be processed by CPC-Ottawa. Looking at the inlander's timeline, would it be right to say that it would take 5-7 months to get PPR from CPC-Ottawa??

Two (2) photos of yourself and of each accompanying family member respecting precise specifications that can be found at: www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

Note: 1 photo should have no label at the back (blank)

Had a Question.

Is it mandatory for Spouse to appear for IELTS (Or French) exam, even though Primary applicant is scoring enough points to be eligible for FSW and even scoring enough in CRS to get ITA?

Also, if Spouse need not mandatorily appear, her education points will be considered for CRS Score?

it's been really frustrating to login to CIC daily and get disappointed every time. i think we have to keep our minds in peace and lower our expectations of getting PPR this month or anywhere before Mid April.

Don't get frustrated nor disappointed. Average time taken to receive PR is 5-6 months. It's been only 3.5 months for you now. Don't lose hope :)

If you are not claiming points for spouse IELTS and Education, Spouse doesn't need to take IELTS or go for ECA.

I cannot see my application status now :o. When i click for status, its saying - 'System is searching for your application records and its getting stuck there'. Hope its a system glitch!!!
