Hi Guys,
I got a question on POF that i have shown, while submitting application i calculated the dollar rate and put money in bank which comes to 16001 CAD for 2 applicants.
Now today's CAD gone high and if i calculate that it comes around 15060 which is 83 dollars less and may decrease in POF further if dollar rate increases.

Will this make my application rejected since i do not have sufficient amount?

Thanks
Raju
I was also concerned by such an issue after aor, however experts here confirmed that they will look at the day of submission

Thanks for all the wishes guys! Hope to see all of you getting your PPRs soon!! :) :)

@MoozeNBooze cheers mate! Will buy you a beer once we both land in Canada. It will be soon enough!! ;D

Hey, were you inland?

Should we also update our NOCs in the spread sheet? Im suspecting that some a NOCs are prioritized over others. Mine is 0124 - marketing manager. Tks

Any news about inland cec ? Thanks

haven't seen so far! looks like outland application are faster than inland!

I guess, I should have waited till it was close to the deadline, anyhow I'm wondering if anyone has submitted an LOE through that email (CPC at Ottawa .......) and have had success in getting an extension, I'd rather play safe by submitting a request for an extension than be sorry, The wait for the FBI PCC is extremely frustrating.

Um, I am guessing that perhaps it was because you uploaded the LOE too soon. I think generally (and this is what I intended in the suggestion), people would wait till it's very close to the 60-day limit to upload the LOE. Then, they are given a 2nd extension, which should suffice.

But in any case, if I am not mistaken, the letter from CIC suggests that you do not have to worry about the new deadline and that you can upload the Report when you receive it.

What do the others think?

This FBI thing is really slowing things down for us. I mean there are already January applicants with PPR, and yet we are still waiting for this document ... sigh... too much!

I have this problem in my file..
I have submitted my profile in Jan 12th. (After sinp nomination)
And now that I checked my file and realized that:
My documents which are pcc and marriage certificate are originally in Persian language. And I translated them into English. the translator just send me the original translation and a copy of the persian document with a "true certified" stamp on them.
For cic I scanned the original translated documents and the true certified copies...
And now I am worried because I heard some ppl are being rejected just because they uploaded copied from their original documents.
Do you think will I be rejected?
What do you suggest. I am so under stress....

I have been silently following this forum and specially this thread for quiet sometime. Here is my application timeline :
FSW Outland
ITA 04 Dec
Submitted & AOR 25 Jan
Medical Passed, 02 Feb
Background check: Not needed at this time

Hoping to hear more cheers from members on receipt of PPRs in this week.
