Just got my GCMS notes. No change what so ever from the last one.

MY file has not been touched since April when it was transferred to NEW DELHI.

6 months and 6 days already.

Aor 19th JAN. FSW INland.
Hi redd456... Sorry to ask you again.. But since you have ordered your GCMS, please please tell me which site you ordered from..

Also, did you try calling CIC? I just got through them and got to know that my Backgroung check is complete and final decision is pending...maybe you can tell them that your file has not been touched since April.

About GCMS notes- I live in Canada so i applied from ATIP-GCMS Mycic official page. google key word ATIP, GCMS. you can go through the first link.

About calling cic- i called them and they said they cannot say or do anything since my file was transferred to NEW Delhi visa office. I left these guys like 2 mails, but still no reply.

did you get any document request ever after your aOR?
No doc request till date. The delay is from NDVO side. I guess they have a backlog.

Guys, I have a question.

Can anyone tell me, is there any relation to where your application is processed versus if you applied from "WITHIN' or "OUTSIDE" of Canada ?

I've been nominated for the FSW program, and had my AOR in Jan, and am a Bangladeshi citizen, based on this do you know where my application is being processed ? I currently reside in Canada.

Regards,
Jawad

Unfortunately, there is no way to say for sure unless you order your GCMS notes

outside of canada timeline for processing of application is more unpredictable it can vary from 1 month to 9 months, whereas within canada timeline vary from 3 months to 6 months.

Hi All,

Can I land in Canada, stay for a week and then come back. I am still working in my current job and it will take some time for me to find a job and then quit this job. My wife is in canada and she can bring the card to me once she comes to meet me.

Let me know if this is a workable solution.

Yes don't worry... You will get it soon... It's just that things are slow at NDVO maybe because right now it's the student visa time too.

Thanks for the response. I was under the impression that applicants who reside in Canada have their applications processed here, but I called the agent and she had mentioned that my application is in Singapore.

Waiting to see how long this will take.

Welcome to the club of Inland applicants with outside Visa Offices. Sucks to be in this situation.
