Hi Jawad,

I received my GCSM notes at the end of May. The last update was that my file is transferred to the LVO on 5th May. Since then - nothing. I haven't ordered new GCSM notes, because I was thinking that the final is close ;D Too stupid...

I guess, you all knew the saying "The patience is virtue". With so much virtues gathered during the last 6 months I will became an angel and will fly to Canada without buying airplane tickets.

I got a letter for the final step of my PR application.
Can somebody tell me if I still have to send my photo and passport for PR even though I had a new baby ?
Should I get the medical exam ready for my new born before they ask for it ?
Is it going to delay my PR and how long ?

Raise CSE and also Try and write them an email with "URGENT" word included in subject line explaining the situation.

Once your PP is stamped and CoPR is issues, your application online will be closed. It will be a longer process then.

this 5 working days means from the day we send our passport to vfs till we get it back? my wife has submitted her passport to vfs today..so shall i consider that i will be back by 21st july? coz i hv to book her fligth tickets and i really confused.

The date on which your PP will be stamped, your MyCIC will change to Approved from submitted. That is more than enough.

Let it take its own time for return. (From NDVO it is returned in 2 days to VFS Office).

Can you tell me how long it took, after you received the sms that the passport is dispatched from the collection centre and we need to track through the courier partner? I received the sms today, so when can i expect the passport?

Till date I have not got SMS for passport delivery. Online tracking will help the best. I collected PP on 29-June.

Strange, are you sure the lawyer is not wrong? There were couple of applicants who paid RPRF themselves and uploaded the receipt via CSE. Now I start to think about contacting CIC via tel after completing 6 months and ask why am I not asked to pay this request yet.

I had observed the same in my GCMS notes. We never received any request.

To mention, we had paid the RPRF on same day we raised the notes. somewhere after 4 months 10 days of AOR.

and after a month PPR was received!!
