Finally I got my PPR
The journey was so emotional , I am speech less.
Despite of being in Singapore, my primary VO was cpc-Ottawa and letter was issued there came directly to my my email.
I was asked to submit photos and passport to SG via CVAC.

In my case , they did reply to me within 4 days.
IMPORTANT: you must provide them with your application number in the subject line of your email and include in the body of your email the following information:
* Surname and Given name(s);
* Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
* Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number / Client ID number;
* Category of Immigration (CEC, Provincial Nominee, Family Class, Federal Skilled Worker, Temporary Resident);
