I doubt they might not be able to help you. Best bet is to send another email to London VO with subject "Urgent" and cc CPC Ottawa too.

People have reported of reply in a couple days with "Urgent" as subject.

They are open only during specific hours. I usually call them around 8 AM PST. Not sure about your time zone. Try multiple options to get in touch with them. Email for sure as someone mentioned above and calling is another.

I have sent follow up email with "Urgent" subject but yet to get a response. Anyhow, I have raised CSE as well mentioning the situation and about writing email to ldnimmigration@international.gc.ca just to make sure everything is formalized. Hope to listen something positive soon.

Details tab in express entry profile shows "updated". Is it always updated or not? Kind of dont remember what used to be earlier. BG is though still not started. Feedback will help :)

It stays as "submitted" but if u see "updated" that means something good will happen soon :P

You'll soon see BG in progress maybe in a few hours or a day.

Very weird. I just now checked (1.5 hrs after I checked last) and now it says submitted. Either I am hallucinating, or did it change back to submitted as I had clicked on "Check Status and messages" two three times last time I had logged in.

Btw, no email or anything yet. Can anyone comment on the above? Does it again change back to submitted if we click on "Check status and messages" ?

That's normal. It happened to me two days ago and today I got ghost email. Waiting for PPR :)

Looks like many people got BGC to progress or application updated status.
In my opinion there is going to be a second round of ppr rain in a week or two...

I hope too....
getting tensed....most of PNP outland(jan batch) got ppr....Mine is BG in progress since 2 months....
