Actually, I'm the same ;)
I'm thinking it might be because someone's working on our file, therefore access is "locked", and info cannot be retrieved until the agent closed the file.
But I guess that's the developer in me talking... and the optimist ! :D
My profile is working fine.
I guess it means that it is lying idle ;D

Hello Guys,

I recently came to know about the GCMS. It seems to be a god sent option where you are simply waiting for your status to move ahead from "Review in progress", but I realise that you have to be an inlander to apply.

So what are the possible options for FSW outland candidates to check their status?

Also I would be happy to connect with folks similar case to mine from Singapore.

Cheers!!

Hi,

Thanks much, All docs submitted was in 06.01.2016.

My BG turned to "In progress" yesterday but no other message and email came along. It's the first movement 4 months after my medical passed. Is it normal? What can I expect for next step? Please share your idea. Thank you.

I ordered through the official cic website for 5 bucks.

They had it generated on May 6. But I received it this morning. Artificial delay as some one already mentioned on this platform is to avoid repeated/duplicate requests.
Got my gcms notes yesterday when I emailed the Visafile.info agent he sent me immediately.. After 30days I got my notes

Any FSW inlander's from Jan AOR got PPR??

Thanks

Hi,

First of all congrats on getting PPR. That`s great!!.

I would like to gain some insight from you. Your info will help me in a long way.

I wanted to know within how many months of receiving PPR request do I have to make an entry in Canada?
Is there any way to extend this entry period?
Also me and my wife are co applicants, can I enter first and wife can follow later after my settlement.

Even if I have to enter Canada, is it possible that I will be able to claim PR and then return back to native country for a few months?

Regards,

One quick question - I paid RPRF on April 29th and If our passport is going to expire within 6 month during the waiting time for PPR, do we have to renew it before sending it for stamping or it doesn't matter as long as its valid? Can anyone put some lights on this as my passport will expire on Dec 14, 2016 and still waiting for PPR.
