2) the reason I'm asking this question is, last year I had applied for FSW and got my application returned stating quota as reached. In IMM0008 returned i had the same UCI# written. hope they are not asking anything about that ??
3) regarding provincial nomination, whether any one uploaded the provincial nomination approval letter any where ?

hi
i was asked same. but there was no place to update document with UCI. only there was place to update sch 4 n sch 4A. so i ignored abt first document n submitted only sch4 n 4a. dont know if i did correct. i submitted yesterday but nothing has changed yet

I don't know what you changed, but I added my details to the sheet, and now they are gone. Im not really going to want to use a spreadsheet that is unreliable...

Are you sure this is the right thread for you/your question? This is for AOR. you should have already submitted your POF letter...

Anyways, here is some info, not 100% sure if its for EE FSW, but it looks like it is. It sounds like exactly what I did, but im just putting that caveat that it could be an old link.

To confirm whether the applicant meets the low income cutoff (LICO), as assessed by the amount of money they hold compared to the number of people in their family

Document requirements
  • The applicant should provide official letter(s) from financial institution(s) that list all current bank and investment accounts as well as outstanding debts such as credit card debts and loans.
  • The letter(s) must be printed on the letterhead of the financial institution and must include the applicant’s name, the contact information of the financial institution (address, telephone number and email address), the account numbers, the date each account was opened and the current balance of each account as well as the average balance in the past six months.
  • Other documents may also be requested, as necessary.

Thanks Braxod, I got same information recently that for me, only Sch 4 needs to be uploaded and not Sch 4A.
Since all upload needs to be complete with a document uploaded, I'm uploading an explanation letter stating I'm not eligible for Sch4A and the letter is in lieu for that (UCI# also mentioned in that).
And regarding the first bullet point, no need of a UCI document to be uploaded as you mentioned.

Got a schedule A request. Submitted the completed form today. Wonder what the criteria is for schedule A request..
 
Received my AOR for my FSW Express Entry Application the same day I submitted it - January 21st. Review is in Progress, but nothing else has changed since then. I received a ghost email on January 22nd, but nothing changed. Is it bad I've heard nothing else yet?

since you are not a Provincial nominee they will not ask you for Schedule 4, so next step they will pass your medicals... ithink 8)
