Medicals and schedule 4 - a few days after AOR
SINP PNP outland, New Delhi Visa office.

Background check went into "In Progress" and PPR April 21st (some 1 hour ago).

No ghost mails, no status change from "In progress" to "not needed".

Best of luck to all who are still waiting.

I am a silent member of this forum.4 months of waiting has been finally paid off. Thank God for his Grace, Mercy and love. I have received my PPR today morning. Thank you all for your guidance. Without this forum we all would have been paying for some psychologist All the best for those who are waiting. God will surely answer your prayers. My prayers for all of you.

Can you please tell that in your PPR email is their any requirement or mention about passport validity/expiry should be atleast 6 or 12 months from current date, before we send it to CIC?

It works for ConnieD as he immediately file a CSE to CIC when he discovered there was an issue with his reference letter, now he got PPR ;D.

Congrats.How long it took from Background check in progress to ppr

First I got mail saying that I received new message in mycic. When I open I just found my bg in progress then few hrs later I got the update mail.

Takes anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks (on average).

Yes, here is the exact wording in the PPR PDF:
 There must be at least two blank pages in each passport.
 We are unable to issue a visa beyond the expiry date in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months.

requested, original documents are not required. You may submit scanned copies by e-mail.
