Hello everyone,
please could someone tell me what to do besides reporting a technical issue.

I got an alert in my IRCC profile today, that i have a request letter.
But anytime i click on the "view letter" link, it gives me an error page.......in the line of "invalid page/request".
I've used another system to access my profile but i'm still getting the same results!

I'm close to seriously frustrated right now and I don't think i can wait for another 10 days before my technical request is answered.
Does anyone have a number I can call, please?

First try to empty cache of your browser and retry to access your account. If the problem will be still there raise CSE allert and describe this problem. Good luck.

Open an incognito window on your browser and access to your account.

To avoid that issue in the future, make sure you click on logout to finish the session on the CIC website

I've tried the cache clearing and incognito window but its still not working/opening the letter.
