Not everyone gets transferred to the local VO.
I applied from Egypt too after oinp, 6 Dec aor and my VO is Ottawa

@bestofluck thank you for your help and for the whole topic.
@morice @maged I've seen an applicant from Egypt who had his application transferred to CAIRO VO who got his PPR without any updates to his account.
That was in a total on 7 months period btw.

London VO takes more then a month after BG IP to get PPR. NDVO takes less then a week
