Ideally medicals should change first. then rest other status change should happen.
My status change seems different.

Some time back BG changed to In Progress.
Medicals was still Not needed at this time.
Now medicals changes to passed.

Has any one experienced like mine?

yes it is normal. medicals are not done in house so can be updated anytime when they receive intimation from panel physicians.
