Schedule A: Please use the following link to provide details of your address history for the period October 2011 to Present Date. Do not leave any gaps in time

There is a new field to upload "Schedule A"...

It is normal to ask, They must have found some gap in the history. try and be precise and do not leave any gap, even a single day gap is now allowed.

Don't worry they have started working on files and you will soon get some update.
