My medicals are passed since 17.1. BG went on NS at the same day. After that, there is no other change in my application.

IMO oinp just check the relationship as a tie to Ontario. While IRCC wants perfect proof of relationship with official proof of legal docs.

They normally don't ask but it is necessary to show on demand. You can show bank statement and keep some cash or TC with you

There was a question in your pre-application form that whether you have a relative in Canada. If you answer it as 'yes' you do see an entry to upload documents for your relative. In my case, my uncle lives in Canada. I uploaded my family registration form, family registration form from my father's side, PR card of my uncle and bank statements of my uncle.
