With regards to how to know, you just need to ask the clinic. The clinic actually called me when they uploaded the results.
The doctor advised me to go for ECG. She said based on ECG they will decide if I have to consult a cardiologist or not. Since the ECG is normal, no more tests. They said they will upload the results in few working days.
I will be submitting my e-APR tomorrow.
