Actually I submitted on the 22nd of Nov eAPR, and received rejection on the 25th. So in 3 days I got response, and they said that they haven't reviewed the application in full, probably to let me know that this doesn't mean this is the ONLY issue in the application, and there might be other stuff but they haven't reviewed it yet.

Good to hear that Ontario agreed to transfer the application, i hope same happens to me as well.

Sorry to hear that but don't worry, Ontario people were very responsive and they will transfer your nomination easily you just have to explain what happened in details and attach the rejection letter, confirmation of nomination and the confirmation of the new EE profile

If you live outside of Canada:
The Canadian visa office will tell you if you need a Canadian criminal record check while your application is being processed. If the visa office asks you to complete a criminal record check, visit the RCMP website for instructions.

We are not able to transmit and pay anything.

One more update!
I just received a letter from IRCC asking for Police Certificate.

I had uploaded this information in the online application, but I'm guessing they need the original document by regular mail or Courier, so I will be seding this latest tomorrow. I have this ready.
