I'm sorry for what happened friend.
Are you sure the require multiple documents for PCC?
I think you should get in the EE pool again and ask OINP to transfer your nomination to your new application.
But the main question is "what is exactly the document they require?"

the Good Conduct certificate and the Non-conviction certificate. the second one was not required before 19th Nov, I am very very sure about that. this is unfair unfair

they said ,they did upload my medicals and i have enquired about 10 days back.so its roughly 14 days since i submitted my app.

there are diff types of BG chks conducted by diff agencies. If one is completed then it will be again put to not needed now . When other agency start other checks they put it in progress untill complete. So 2 times it goes in progress before ppr and twice as not needed this time

Sonetimes they dont update and so this is just an general trend

extremely sorry for you.

But not to worry and you will again get ITA becsuse of oinp nomination which is valid for 6 months.
This time make sure to be ready with all pcc and other docs. Good luck.

Make a new profile . Ask oinp to transfer nomination. Give them reason for creating new profile that your app was rejected for pcc and now you are ready with all docs.

no big deal! you should be thankful that it happened so earlyand not after 5 moths foe example! ;)

THINK POSITIVE

make another profile and ask OINP to link your nomination to the new profile and jobcode.
meanwhile make that one extra doc.. this is a much faster way than complaints and appeals IMO

actually good conduct cert are not valid. That might be the reason. Did they ask for good conduct cert? They must have asked for pc.

Regarding my Indian PCC: I stay in Tamilnadu and I got my PCC from Passport office. But, I just noticed the below in CIC site. It Says, only for residents of Delhi can apply through online other state residents should get from police station. Does every one getting the PCC from police station??


CIC Notes:
For residents of Punjab: You can apply to your local Senior Superintendent of Police, or the senior ranking police official at the police station in your District.

For residents of other states: You can apply at your local District Police Station.

For residents of Delhi: You can apply at your local District Police Station or online on the Delhi Police website or on the Passport India website. The Web site will list what information and documents you need. If you apply online, your certificate will be returned to you electronically.

Hey Ahmad,

I am so so sorry about this, and as the guys said inshalla you will get it in the next ITA. Just be strong and keep going at it.

I have just uploaded my eAPR and only added the police certificate from Intelligence Agency, can you please let me know if what happened to you applies to all countries? Which country did you get the PCC for? Is the non-conviction certificate needed as well for applicants in Jordan? Is there a link to the article where they state what is the updated requirements?
