what about updates like from "Not Started" to "Started" in the background check ;)

They keep on changing at times, which should not be much of a concern.

The same ghost will bring the email of PPR one day :P

Everyone gets one ghost mail when the file is handed over to some officer and he accepts it. it is an update that an officer is allotted to this file. After medicals passed you will get another mail within 24 hrs that your profile is updated.
