AOR -IRCC PR PROCESS - DECEMBER OINP NOMINATED

60 days to provide all the documents. I hope it´s not an issue but I was expecting 60 days to accept and 60 to send the documents after acceptance.

Anyway guys, let´s do it!

Hope everything is good. I just wanted to know that did you get your PPR yet? How many months they usually takes to give PR if I am OINP nominated CEC inland applicant?
Any help will be appreciated.

No, it is 60 days to submit your eAPR. Your time starts from the time you get ITA. In case you are not ready with the documents within the 60 days, you can decline the ITA and if you meet the score requirements in the next draw, you will get invited again.

No, not yet. I just completed 3 months post eAPR submission. The time taken varies from applicant to applicant and VO to VO. However on an average they take around 5-6 months.

So for those who don´t think they can make it in 60days should wait before acceptance, right? I mean, what if someone accepts the ITA and then is not able to send all the documentation? Would be able to apply again?

It´s not my case but I believe 60 days will be tight for some applicants.

There is no button to accept ITA. You just have two buttons
- Continue
- Decline

Acceptance in real sense means submission of eAPR. So even after you click Continue, you can decline your ITA on 59th day as well.

I just received my ITA, I am worried I won't be able to upload and send my e-Apr before the expiration of my EE profile (26th of October). how long do I have to accept the ITA? or decline it? and what happens if I just ignore it until my profile expires?
let's assume I accept it right now and couldn't send the e-Apr on time, what might be the worst case scenario?

thx alot, please I need your help guys?

1. Accept the ITA to stop your profile from expiring . the profile will freeze, atleast that is what the experts are saying. I am banking on that as well as mine is expiring on nov 29th and i have to accept before that.
2. you have 61 days to accept ITA. it must be written next to the invite in your profile.
3. if you ignore and your profile expires then as per the email from CIC, it says as below
"Failure to take action
This invitation will expire if you do not
• decline the invitation to apply for permanent residence; and
• you do not submit an application for permanent residence within the 60 day time period.
If you fail to take action your Invitation to Apply will expire and your profile will not be considered for future
invitations. If you later decide that you wish to be considered in future rounds of invitation , you will need to submit
a new Express Entry profile, meet minimum requirements and register with Job Bank if applicable."
4. post accepting ITA, you have 61 days to send the documents and I am sure that is more than enough unless you have some complicacies in your efforts to collect the documents.

If you are invited to apply, then your profile will not expire, even though the profile expiry date is near. However, if the ITA is declined, your profile will expire if it has crossed the expiry date.
