Looking at previous months AOR processing speed you can tell that IRCC is doing a great job, eventhough they are prioritizing some categories over others (inlands over outlands in general) but it seems that they are targeting to issue as much as possible PPRs before the year ends. They are playing Santa Claus role, gifting out GOLDEN E-MAILS to applicants. Hopefully some could reach our mailboxes too who knows but miracles might happen :.
