AOR -IRCC PR PROCESS - DECEMBER OINP NOMINATED

Hey guys,

Do you know if my medicals are still valid on the new express entry profile? i did the upfront one and i dont recall they got my express entry profile number or anything. Or do we have to do them again?

Just a reminder to my case, i got nominated by Ontario, applied on the 22nd of Nov, and got rejected due to incomplete application (missing non-conviction certificate). I created a new EE profile, and got my nomination transferred successfully, so now I am waiting for the next draw to submit my eAPR.

And options are YEs,NO, Not Appliable

Since i have not worked for military or Govt security organization, What should i answer , Yes or Not Applicable

I suggest to do it again because if the tests are old and while processing 6 months are not left they will ask you to retake it. Also you will get enough time to.land because you have to land before medicals expire or 6 months from copr whichever is early.

I know it is very frustrating that as many as 35 applicants from December are still not nominated. Hope all of you get nominated and join the group asap.

We are Oct'15 applicants AOR received in Dec.

But We didn't see our name in that list that your posted...thats why we replied to you so you can add.

Thanks but what i see is the list of applicants who sent applications in Dec'15 and then got AOR.

I am interested in applicant tho are YET TO GET NOMINATED since receiving AOR in Dec or before.

There are very few and those who are active has been added to November list. There was no list before that for particular month.

hey Bestofluck, 3rd December I submitted my eAPR. I want to know by when they will complete the initial validation of the documents (Like Missing Documents etc). Just, I am thinking of worst case, if at all they reject my application for any missing information, hope I will get enough time to resubmit a new EE application. Because, My OINP nomination will expire by April 18th.

Any Statistics on this :)
 
Regarding Schedule-A, I can see for few (Donakinzo, Frankiefun, preciousada), got a request to submit Schedule-A. Is their any specific case, for whom we get this request or for all?

In my case, In Statutory Question, For Previous Visa Denials I updated as "Y". Will I get the request to Submit Schedule-A?


Now, In this Schedule-A, for Question "Been Refused Admission to, or ordered to leave, Canada or any Other Country", what should I answer. "Y" or "N". Because, here this question is not related to Visa Refusal/Denial, rite?

too many ques. Lol.just see the dates and you will get an idea anout add dco req.

Rejection happen in just few days if a major doc is missing. Later also rejection may happen after BG chk.

Study the pattern from AOR MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUG THREADS
