And thus concludes my journey for PR. Good luck to all who are still waiting!

FSW Inland
Submitted Sep 3
Automated AOR Sep 4
Medical passed Sep 13
RCMP request Oct 2 and submitted end of October
PPR Jan 22
Passport in Ottawa Jan 26
Approval Feb 3
Return tracker Feb 5
Passport received Feb 8
Flagpole landing Feb 9 @ Rainbow Bridge

Edit: Forgot to add, the only documents I produced for landing were: passport with PR visa, COPR and proof of funds (just a simple printout of the day's balance, no historical information). But always good to bring more supporting docs just in case.

OMG this gives me so much hope!
I have:
AOR Oct 21st
Medicals passed Oct 26th
RCMP Request Nov 12th
RCMP Uploaded Dec 4th
No news after that.

Since you got PPR 3 months after submitting RCMP, this give me hope mine might be around the corner. I dont see a lot of people with RCMPs request here. Thank you for sharing!

Congrats to all the guys recieving PPR request...reading so many stories surely gives out hope...

Congrats on PPR!
Yesterday I got my gcms notes and nothing changed since october =/

I saw that the ppr email mention to send all passports on the same envelope, but this is only if everybody is in the same country or all cases? because I'm in Canada but my parter is in Brazil. Do we have the send on the same envelope or he have to send to the consulate n Brazil and I send mine here?
If is all in the same he can send my his passport right now so I have everything in hands when they ask and I can send right away :)

I assume you are the primary applicant. Therefore, you will be sending your passport to Ottawa. When you receive your PPR you will have to email CIC and request to make arrangements to stamp your partners visa in Brazil canadian consulate. After they make that arrangements your partner can send his passport in Brazil's office. Wait for other experts to comment too to get a clear picture in the meanwhile you can also contact CIC to explain this situation and what could be done.

In your GCMS note have they completed your medical, criminality, eligibilty and other criterias? What stage is your application now?

He can change his office but it takes at least 1 month.
If you decided to ask him send you his passport, ask him to send 2 photos with the specifications as well. I copy pasted the email a few posts before. You will see what you each need.

On the gcms I have
Medical: Passed
Criminality: In progress
Security: Not started
Eligibilty: Not started
The last note is saying my ECA were checked and correct, that all the correct PCCs were sent and that they requested Schedule A for my partner.

He was here for vacation and we took the photos already, so I have them with me with the correct specifications :)

Thanks for the info..When did you apply for your GCMS?
