CIC website is down... no ECAS access...seriously, this is driving me crazy. :-[

It is the same for me, I ordered GCMS notes yesterday to see if I will get any updates by the end of the year. My AOR is Sept 11th and medical Passed Sept 15th, all silence since that.

same here.. medicals passed on sep 8th... after that no updates....

Call CIC and make an appointment to land. They will tell you where the closest local cic office is.

After receiving ITA, in the the questionnaire to be submitted:

In PERSONAL DETAILS, about FAMILY: should I put all the members of my family, or just the ones who are not included in the application.

For example: My application includes me, my husband and my two sons, in my part I've put my father, my mother and my brothers, should I include my spouse and my sons? As well, in my husband's part, besides his parents and siblings, should I put myself and our sons?

No need to add you, your spouse and your sons because they are already included in the application in different page of your application, add your father, mother, brothers, sisters in your personal details and in the same way, add spouse's father, mother, brothers, sisters in spouse's personal details section.

My ECAS disappeared in the beginning of November and nothing since then. I used to have 4 lines.

UCI. I lost access mid-november, got it back Sunday, lost it again this morning. ECAS is not reliable at the moment.

Many people noted that the EE spreadsheet is not being updated anymore. I created and am willing to maintain a new spreadsheet to give a general picture about the processing time averages for the 4 main programs. As many noted before, specific cases do not matter, rather the average of CIC.
