I have heard that FSW inland are the last ones to receive ppr.Is it true? What's the logic behind it?

Congrats to everyone who's got PPRs already. It's amazing. ;D

I am also a September Applicant. My timeline:
FSW inland
ITA: July 10, 2015
Appl. submitted: September 2, 2015
1st AOR: September 3, 2015
Medicals passed: September 10, 2015

ECAS access: September 14, 2015- 4 lines

Has anyone from September Inland applicants got 2nd AOR yet?

Maybe I'm missing something, but i saw couple of outland applicants getting it. I do not understand why, since they do not need it. ???

Hello everyone. What does the 2nd AOR say?

On my request letter for payment of RPRF, it says my application has been reviewed and I meet the requirements for the program I applied for, but for my visa to be issued I had to pay the fee. Is this a "2nd AOR"? Thanks so much! :)

Shellyp,

CIC website says about 2nd AOR:
A letter (Acknowledgement of Receipt) is issued to the applicants once their application has passed a completeness check. This letter indicates the following: “CIC has reviewed your application and determined that it meets the requirements of a complete application as described in section 10 and section 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations.” This is the official Acknowledgement of Receipt letter and it may be used to support a BOWP if all other requirements are met.

Maybe you indeed can use your request as this 2nd AOR letter. I'm kind of regretting paying my RPRF in advance... Now stuck without 2nd AOR and no requests for anything.

Mantrik - j...
2nd AOR is extremely rare... I paid RPRF upfront and still got it... though I understand your point - even I regret having paid it upfront.. lol.. atleast would have known if the application is progressing..

Let's all hope for the best! I friend of mine (FSW inland) sent her application and for 4 entire months never heard anything. Then one day she got PPR. :D

Yes, I know it's rare, which is so weird. You are an outland applicant as far as I know, right? You don't even need that letter, while ppl like me with expiring WPs do. =((

For sure, that's the only thing that I'm hoping for right now. =)))
