I have a question. CIC game me 60 days until 14th of December to submit my FBI check. I did provide it yesterday, on the 4th day through the extension period.
Does it mean that they froze my application until 14th of December?
there have been people who were asked to upload documents and they were given for example 7 days.
Don't think so. My police certificate was sent to the immigration from Hong Kong on Oct 2, and I got RPRF on Oct 20. The police certificate deadline is Nov 9. Considering it takes more than a week for the mail to arrive, then should have processed my case before that.
Has it occurred to any of you to provide the document and see a movement on your application the next day?
I am wondering if they froze my application or not!

My processing started on Sept 10, and still the BG check has not started. This is not unusual for FSW Outlanders. Many people have had their BG check started after they received the PR.gaggu06 said:Guys 1 month passed of submission but BG not started and processing start from 21 sept
at the time you applied, you werent rejected. I dont think you need to change anything. You are not misrepresenting. Just my opinion.mianchd said:Hey experts, I have a question.
I am in the September AOR group. (FSW Outland with Spouse). (Last update was ECAS medical received, passed)
I had never been rejected Visa for any country so that’s what I declared in my application submitted on 10 Sept 2015.
However a month after the application submission to CIC, Me along with my spouse applied for and were rejected tourist visitor visas for the UK. The rejection reason was mainly not having strong ties to the country of residence.
Now I am confused whether I should inform CIC of this, or not as this was way after receiving AOR.
What do you guys think?
But you are responsible to communicate any change made to your application after the submission. Just food for thought.hossamo33 said:at the time you applied, you werent rejected. I dont think you need to change anything. You are not misrepresenting. Just my opinion.
