Congrats to all who got DM and RPRFs.

I have a question. CIC game me 60 days until 14th of December to submit my FBI check. I did provide it yesterday, on the 4th day through the extension period.
Does it mean that they froze my application until 14th of December?
there have been people who were asked to upload documents and they were given for example 7 days.

Don't think so. My police certificate was sent to the immigration from Hong Kong on Oct 2, and I got RPRF on Oct 20. The police certificate deadline is Nov 9. Considering it takes more than a week for the mail to arrive, then should have processed my case before that.
Has it occurred to any of you to provide the document and see a movement on your application the next day?
I am wondering if they froze my application or not!

Guys 1 month passed of submission but BG not started and processing start from 21 sept

I am longer waiting them that everyday I am hopeful :) so who has dm or ppr here for sept guys?:)

My processing started on Sept 10, and still the BG check has not started. This is not unusual for FSW Outlanders. Many people have had their BG check started after they received the PR.

So relax and hopefully it will go smooth.

Hey experts, I have a question.
I am in the September AOR group. (FSW Outland with Spouse). (Last update was ECAS medical received, passed)

I had never been rejected Visa for any country so that’s what I declared in my application submitted on 10 Sept 2015.
However a month after the application submission to CIC, Me along with my spouse applied for and were rejected tourist visitor visas for the UK. The rejection reason was mainly not having strong ties to the country of residence.

Now I am confused whether I should inform CIC of this, or not as this was way after receiving AOR.
What do you guys think?

at the time you applied, you werent rejected. I dont think you need to change anything. You are not misrepresenting. Just my opinion.

But you are responsible to communicate any change made to your application after the submission. Just food for thought.

That is exactly my confusion.

I don't want to risk misrepresentation.

but on the other hand, it doesn't seem like misrepresentation as the application and refusal happened after a month of receiving AOR.

What should I do?

IMHO you should send a CSE with an explanation. It wont hurt.

This seems to be a very common reason of rejection for UK and Canada... they always do this for tourists lol..
Anyway, back to your question:
Have you been requested Schedule A yet? how far along in the application are you?
I'm not sure what I would do in your situation honestly...it's a bit confusing....
On one hand, it will be like poking in and complicating a situation which is very straightforward
On the other hand, you do not want to take a chance of misrepresenting or leaving out crucial info... or atleast you definitely don't want them to find it if you have not mentioned it..

If by any chance you have already got RPRF/DM, I would have said it should be ok not to do anything... but I understand that you are still in process...
When did you get the rejection? October 10th?

Hi all,
So this is my timeline.

ITA- 17th July
App submitted- 13th Sep
AOR - 13th Sep
Meds passed- 17th Sep
Request letter for FBI - 17th Sep
RPRF request & paid - 20th Oct.

1. I received my FBI report, How do I submit it? CIC gave me time till Nov 16th.
2. Is getting RPRF request a good sign?

Thnx for help.
