It was very simple.
Apply online, on the questions in the beginning she have to say that is for a new work permit, that she passed the initial requirements of the permanent residency and she is living in Canada.
On the forms don't put a employer or anything and select open work permit.
On the field for support or extra document (I don't remember the exact name) I created a document saying that I was applying for the bridging open work permit to be able to keep working until the result of my permanent residency got approved, than I attached my AOR letter (the first one we got within minutes of applying).
That was it
I applied on Dec 4, my visa and work permit expired on Jan 2, I'm on implied status after that, and today I got approved and they are sending on the mail. Now let's see if I'll get my passport back or the new permit first hehe
