For inlanders, I've seen cases happened at the same time, but don't put your hopes too high

May be for outlanders, I have noticed that they are made to pay RPRF within few days of AOR. I guess for inlanders RPRF is demanded after basic eligibility checks are done.

I have a question, do you know that CIC gives BOWP for how long? I mean when is the expiration date of a BOWP?

Here is the link of refugees' applications processing. As far as I remember CIC is committed to process 25000 refugees by the end of Feb. The information in the link shows they are done with 22278 refugees. Therefore if they work on about 600 to 800 applicants a day, they should be done with the rest 2700 soon, am I right?

Nope...they have committed to actually settle 25K by end of Feb.. They are done with only 16.2 as of yesterday.
Not to mention their 50K commitment for the whole 2016
