It seems like they are taking it by First in (AOR) First out (PPR) .. in most cases not 100% , but still you can notice..

I can see that PPR are coming in order of AOR date .. now we almost reached 10 Sept.

I'm right at the end of the queue with AOR on Sept 27 so I'll be rooting for all you to get yours C'mon Septembers!!!

yes agree , but there is time difference(not in months, But in weeks) between Inland n outland in releasing PPR's ... outlander will get PPR's soon then Inland.

I think we already had this discussion. I am Sep 03 AOR and nothing yes. Sorry to burst your bubble, guys. PPRs are coming in a totally random order.
Pretty sure that they send out fist ones to those applications who didn't have much of a background (aka. easy to check) :

Its a good sign. Sometime there is an update, but not reflected. Something is happening to your file. Most likely you are moving closer to PPR. Did you receive an email about the update?

I agree they do it on random basis..
