CIC does not issue a second AOR. You'll only get the one you received immediately or in some cases within a few days of submitting your application.

I'm keeping a close watch of the July batch - visa processing is a snowball effect so if majority of the July applicants start receiving PPRs that means August will get completed next which will then lead to ours
