Looks like most of the people here have already received their PPRs/CoPRs. Congratulations to all those who received theirs un the last few days. I'm completing 6 months and will be contacting CIC on Monday or Tuesday, hope to find a nice agent who at least points out to the current status and gives some hope..

Best thing to do is to request GCMS.. you will get a clear idea of whats happening with your file.. G.luck

@Maverickjo: Yepp, that goes on without saying. Already ordered GCMS in mid-Jan and again a week back. Definitive information would be available only by next month, until then I'll try on the phone.

NSethi we are both PNP. Hopefully there is something good happening behind the scene. Mine took 193 days so far.

I have received an updated email on Saturday at 3am est. BG staus changed to in progress.

I asked Ottawa for an update, but got no useful info. I haven't tried calling. Waiting on my GCMS notes, which I've been waiting for over 40 days now

Finally wait ends....PPR received through mycic account. No email. Need to submit passports to New Delhi VFS in 30 days.

I am so excited.

Can somebody please confirm if there is a photo studio in New Delhi VFS ? If so, how much time do they take to click and handover the photos ?

I got an email that there is a message for you in mycic account. And when i checked it is passport request.
