No, only CoPR+US refusal+Workpermit (I brought all other documents though to be ready). But I sent my Passport after new photo specs was released. I'm thinking maybe they ask people who sent their photos according the old spec and are landing after the spec has changed. It's just my blind speculation of the mixed feedback you said.

One question to those who have got their passports back.CIC mail states to use Canada Post only if we are within Canada for passports and prepaid return mail. Is Canada Post reliabe? Which option of Canada Post should we use to send the PP?

Meanwhile, I received a response from Ottawa that my police certificate has been attached to my application. I never received a response to my CSE so I emailed Ottawa. Their email also contained that famous line "we cannot confirm when your application will be finalized" which freaked me out. After that rain here, I can see that I am headed for "waiting for more than six months" group. Oh well.

This is not ordinary Canada post. Rather it is Express post envelopes, which have a tracking number and you can pretty much see the entire transition online. So the package could get stuck or whatever in the worst case, but it will still be tracked.

You should go with Electronic file. Physical file might take additional time to print and courier, while electronic will be send to your email directly when ready.

I just found out that I too got drenched in the PPR rain..

Got the PPR mail 1 am Indian time... Checked my mail at 4 and couldn't sleep after that ...

The long wait is nearing its end...

I want to thank you all for the support..encouraging words... Valuable information... And for just being there for each other...

All the best to others.. Will surely pray for you all to get it ASAP.. To all who received PPR's this Friday... Party hard this weekend... That's what I'm gonna do..

Thanks hmk... It seems like IRCC conjured a storm after a few dry and nearly drought weeks.... I'm happy for everyone... And I'm sure if this continues all will get PPR by end of this month...
