Hello everyone,

I am not able to find my application status in the Check application status tool. I submitted my application on Oct 22. Medical passed, eligibility and background check in progress. Is it normal?

That's very normal. EE applicants can no longer use ECAS to check their status. Instead check in my CIC.

I thought these officers would just check the submitted application instead of initial EE profile, thanks for you advice, I will add CSE them now and explain the difference.

BTW, I was wondering if there is any officer to handle CSE manually(hoping someone would be looking at my application) or it's just automatically done.

I think you should be fine until your submitted application score after ITA is not below cutoff score of the draw you received ITA, this applies for everything birthdays, marriage, children etc... Some cases it might affect you even after AOR(eg: proof of funds). I found this info on CIC website...

Hi. Would anybody happen to know whether the application of people who already have a UCI number (through a previous tourist/student visa application) gets processed faster? Please let me know if you have any input about the same. Thank You so much.

When did you apply for the notes ??

I applied it on 30th December 2015 and the notes were received on 2nd Feb 2016. They are generated as of 06 Jan 2016
