Its true no one has posted any sort of feedback from the Accra office in a while. Please has any got any info on them - CSE, GCMS, document request, PPR, rejection....anything to show they are working?

I don't think local visa office is involved to process our application. So far I know all EE applications are processed in Canada and once they finish the process and makes the decision, they inform LVO.

My current residence is in Nigeria and my VO will be Accra too.

You are right.

Initial eligibility is taken care by Ottawa and BG checks are given to LVO.

Your local visa office comes into the picture only when PPR is issued.

I received a call from my local visa office and asked me to provide additional docs for POF. We have submitted everything and same day we received the request letter my BGC changed to in progress.

Does this mean that our application is now RFV since OTTAWA transferred our papers to the LVO?
