Whoa! Were you under FSW or CEC? That is very quick processing!!

Also, could you please tell me if you had a single PCC and no foreign travel? Because from what I hear, only such applicants see expdited processing of their applications!!!

Thanks for your time!!

I am pnp applicant, 2 passport, 8/9 times foreign travel history

I am planning to travel to Canada with the new work permit issued recently. will it affect my PR application? please see my signature for my application timeline.my spouse and child will not travel with me. they would come after sometimes. if i get a PPR what to do .. any seniors' suggestion. thanks.

Wow. That's strange. But good for you. Many people are waiting months after "medicals passed". All the very best!

No reason it should. Make sure you keep CIC informed of your moving to Canada on a new work permit.

Not sure what you are trying to do here.

Providing LMIA would have gotten you 600 points. But since you received ITA and are in process without it, it has no bearing.

I assume you are on PGWP and already working for this employer - and got LMIA for it now as well. So applying for work permit from inside Canada is currently taking 120+ days. So you are very likely to receive PR decision much sooner.

Since you are already working for the same employer - it doesn't result in a "change of circumstances that CIC needs to be aware of".

So unless your PGWP is expiring and you want to be under implied status while your PR is processed, you should only apply like 30 days before expiry of PGWP for LMIA based work permit. If there is longer, just relax and hope that your PR concludes before that. Good luck thank you FKL, you exactly got what im trying to say, i was just thinking that maybe if i apply for work permit using my LMIA, would automatically update my file on CIC and could possibly give me more chance of getting PPR decision.

Great! Congrats! If you are Ontario PNP you will probably be the first who got PPR. And if this short processing time for PNP applicants becomes the general trend it'll be awesome.

not all pnp get that fast ppr ..

infact pnps are one of the slowest stream now in cic for issuing ppr.
