I have same time line as yours. I got the PPR mail on 18th March and I sent the passport through Xpressport on same day. CIC received the passports on 24th March. Today I got an email from CIC around 3 PM. When I logged in to mycic I found the status updated as Application closed and everything else is complete. But the tracker on the retun Xpress post is not activated. Did it happen for you as well. Did they close the appliction before returning the passport and COPR? I am bit worried. It could be an issue with Canada post also. Please let me know if you have faced similar situation as mine. Thanks

Hia. Same for me, the tracker has not been found yet, but i think it's because of the weekend, they may have finished up late on Friday...I don't believe the express post mails on the weekend. I'm expecting to see it activate on Monday or Tuesday. I think they close it when they stamp the visa and prepare the package for return mail. Then Canada post does their thing next week. AAA... What was your experience. Or anyone else???

PPR was on 18 March, PP reached CPC - 24th March, Application approved and closed & return tracker activated - 1st April( received mail about same on April 2nd)
Planning to complete landing at CIC office.

Hello everyone. I am Dr. Shreeram Bhimsariya from India. I have applied under NOC 0311.This is my first post. However, I am following this forum since long.

I have received my ITA on 18th September, 2015 and AOR on 23rd October, 2015. Medicals were passed within 3 weeks. However, since then everything was quiet. No updates were recieed for almost 5 months. But I recieved a request last week stating to pay my RPRF fees which I paid on the same day. Today I got a update mail. On checking the My CIC account, I found that Background Check from " NOT STARTED" to " NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME". However, Eligibility Check is still in progress.

So, can anyone of you help me analysis my Visa Status???

Dr. Bhimsariya, I am not sure if you have read my analysis on the anatomy of the EE application on PG 254 of this thread. As per what you have stated this is what I can say:

Usually the RPRF request us sent when the A11.2, i.e. the eligibility is cleared. However, I cannot be certain unless your have your GCMS notes. Once your eligibility is cleared or evaluated by the analyst, it then has to be reviewed by a CIC agent. Once it is confirmed by the agent, your security starts, which is the last step.

As regards the BGC going to "NOT NEEDED AT THIS TIME" is common lately. Your file is pending a final review from an agent after which the BGC will go in progress.

It would be better is you order your GCMS notes to get an in-depth view as to what has happened in your file.

Hey we applied almost at the same time you applied Oct 17 2015 right
I applied Oct 26th what stage are you at .....???? Applied Oct 26th 2015 approved as a sponsor Dec 31st application received by Mexico visa office Feb 16th 2016 ...March 29th 2016 cic requested police record and payment for P.R 490$ I sent that in already on March 31st and April 3rd I check online and it said medical results recieved. ...I'm not even sure what's a next or how long anyone

Yepp. Add to this the element of uncertainty on whether the PPR will come or not and if it does when it will come! Cannot plan a lot of things in the present life while waiting for the PPR email!
