Do people usually order "Notes in Electronic File" or "Physical files" when they are ordering their GCMS notes? And my final question is whether the GCMS will be delivered by mail or e-mail?

God knows ......... I am very much disappointed with working style of CIC.
There are few people who says they are doing there job...yes , but there is no rule.

3 Dec applicants rvcd PPr and all of them are outlanders either PNP or FSW

I got PPR today and my application was Nov 12.
