some times BG Check changes to In progress and after some hours it changes back to NN and we dont notice. So nothing to worry because in many cases there is no first time IN Progress happening.

Most of the cases for Outland applicants, 1st BG in progress happens within 24 hrs just after AOR. So, for outlanders, final BG in progress is 2nd BG in progress.
