I did not have BG IP 2nd time. It has been IP since Nov 7.

Same here. My BGC turned to IP on Feb 20 and is still that way. I am dreading if I would have to go through the IP1->NN-> IP2 before PPR! :'(

Well things are different for Outland applicants. For example my friend who is an Outland PNP applicant had only one BG in IP and that was just before PPR.

Actually I also did not see the first BGIP. I only saw 'not started' and 'not needed'. I am not sure if there is a BGIP between these two. Then my BGIP is Feb 20.

I don't think there has been any PPR for PNP from Ottawa this entire week? I think I heard the Oct 21 PPR only last week.
