You are right... You do not need to send anything for your baby. Your baby is a by-born Canadian Citizen.... IRCC has all the information as soon as they acknowledge his/her birth certificate. he/she will get Canadian passport before you guys.... ha ha ha ... congratulation to you guys for the new born baby and PPR :)

Thanks a lot, raj

Hope good luck keep going for all the rest Nov APPs. Finger crossing !!!

Congrats to all who got their ppr's yesterday !

I crossed my 6 month mark yesterday and tried contacting CIC and they said the same thing as on my CIC account , nothing extra :-(

Are there any CEC inlanders with November 3 AOR or close still pending? Just wana see if I am alone :o

Thanks !

Oh Wow! Yayy!! PPR!!

I was out of town for a training last three days and wasn't checking my personal email or this forum much. Opened my mail this morning to see that I had received my PPR yesterday and checked forum to see so many have drenched in the rain. Congrats to everyone who received PPR and all the best to the rest waiting!!

Yes, I received it a couple mins before. I was expecting it as my BG check went to 'in progress' one day later than the applicants who got their PPR yesterday.

This forum is such a great tool and the seniors here provide impeccable advice. Thank you all :)

I am happy for you guys! It is good sign that they keep sending PPRs today as well! ;)

Congrats again to everyone who has received PPR.
Passport sent yesterday May 3, received today May 4.

No, there is no specific instruction for Qatar. However, there is a CVAC, VFS in Qatar. The following is mentioned in the RFV email-

Residents of BRUNEI/EAST TIMOR/LAOS/MYANMAR/OTHER COUNTRIES (not listed above)

Send passports to:

High Commission of Canada

Immigration Section

One George Street #11-01

Singapore 049145

Ensure you use a secure registered mail or courier service to send your passports. Passports are sent by registered mail or courier at the applicant’s risk and expense. The High Commission will NOT be responsible for passports lost during shipment.

Yesterday's rain was mostly for FSW/CEC Inlands, are you applying under one of those streams?
Congratulations! Everything is fine, your myCIC status will change once your passport is stamped, or it might not change at all, there were a few cases like that, too.
There should be a section in your RFV email with instructions for people who have no Canadian/U.S. address, what does it say? If you don't have country-specific instructions for Qatar, you can email them and ask for a VO change, to be able to submit your passport to your local VO or VFS.
