What does "Passed - Candidate" mean?? does it mean my wife "main applicant" her eligibility passed? then "Application 13" it went to not started again..what does it mean too?? I am confused ..

Thanks..

this means nothing. This is just the stages that the file has done through. What you need to see in the GCMs notes is the first 2-3 pages where the

Eligibility
criminality
HIRV
Misrepresentation
Security

is mention and see what is listed against them.

Then you have to see the notes at the end of the file.

Usually for the eligibility there ate 2 notes. One from he analyst and followed by an agent. The analyst reviews the file and makes a recommendation. After his recommendation an agent reviews is and approves it. This is when the eligibility is passed. In case an analyst as recommended passed it will reflect passed in the stage what you have reproduced but will not be actually passed until it is approved and reviews by an officer which can only be verified from the notes available at the end of the GCMS notes.

In most cases an analyst's recommendation is upheld by the agent.

Unless you can provides the notes at the end of the document, it cannot be conclusively said that the eligibility has been passed.

Can't believe this has been so quite for CeC inlands...i thought this is the fastest stream and PNP...feel like canada just dont want to give me PR.

November 3 AOR,CEC inland, only request for police criminality check on NOV 26, provided that on December 1 and background check in progress since December 20. No update after that ! seems like they forgot CEC inland applicants !

hi legalfalcon, how did you conclude that officer is superior in hierarchy than an analyst. I am keen to know that... did you find this hierarchy in your gcms notes or in somebody else's notes? did you find a review of an officer after the case analyst? Please don't get me wrong here, i am just trying to know the logic behind this, so that i can analyse my notes properly.

Guys,

5 Months 6 days since AOR (Nov 10, 2015)

My GCMS says:

Eligibility: Met
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Passed
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Other Reqs:
Final:

Is there a difference between Eligibility being "Met" and "Passed" ?

Also, it says, R10 OK and **** Agent Review A 11.2*** - A 11.2 assessment met in the notes section

Any ideas/thoughts on where I'm at in the process ?

Not seeing any progress regarding the FSW inland applicants either... This is becoming a little concerning. I am also following up with the October thread and it seems that not all their CEC/FSW inlands have been processed yet. Should we expect to pass the six months period before we receive our PPR request? Has CIC made any statements about delays or something?

I am hitting the 160 days mark today. Should I order GCMS notes? or wait until I reach 180 days of waiting?

Thanks in advance for your time!

You don't have to wait to apply for GCMS notes. I'd say do it today
