For all those who got PPR, I have a question:

Does it contains any thing related to validity of passport i.e. passport needs to be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of PPR?

My AOR is 2 november 2015 and passport expires on 07 september 2016. Currently my bg is in review and was wondering if my PPR delays more than 12 march, will they rejected my application or request new passport?

Before answering your question, just want to clarify that U also applied Nov 2015 and uploaded only my passport biopage and everything went well. Please see my timeline below.

My PPR stated that passports for me and my dependents should have atleast 12 months validity.

Just saw your previous posts about submitting all the passport pages with visa stamps. So I am just saying that since November 2015 it is not needed and that the biopage is the only thing required.

Yes, all the passports I submitted are valid till 2018.

HKVO and SGVO are so fast! Manila is just nearby, why can't my application be forwarded to those other VOs instead?! :P

BTW, I noticed that some local VOs (Manila, Singapore) require 12 months validity on the passports and give 30 days to submit, while CPC-Ottawa requires only 6 months validity.

I just saw your timeline and it says transferred to local visa office (HKVO). How were you able to know this progress, is it by GCMS notes?

My PR application is in process now with medical passed only. I submitted my application while I was in Bangladesh. But I have moved to Qatar on a Company sponsored visa working for a new company last week. So, is there a requirement to update my new present address and my new job. My NOC remains the same also my parents are still living in the Bangladesh address given in PR application.

Please advise!

Thanks

Yes, IRCC would want to know when your address has changed. You can send them the information about your new address and employment through a Case Specific Enquiry: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx

Good luck!
