Hi all. I'm Nov 11th AOR and Ontario PNP nominated applicant. I see Nov AOR people getting PPR left right and center over here. Meanwhile my background check has not even started! Is this normal?

Very very normal. Even October AOR PNPs most of them are having their BG not started. Relax pal.

Only if your application has passed the normal processing time.

You can try and update on this thread. Some agents go beyond the SOP and do provide info while others simply point you to the 6 months waiting period.

Hi guys...

I have seen lots of lots of people getting their medical passed after couple of days.. We have submitted our application on Nov 3rd but our medical status is "review in progress". Its been 3 months and 10 days.. No request on my CIC profile for med test, i called to my doctor and the receptionist said that they dont have any msg from CIC regarding additional test. I am worried. Can anyone say what's going on? should i be worried.

In my wife's report she has a flag in two tests...I am really worried now..

Where lots of people gets their med passed within a week, its been so long for ours. can anyone say anything about it?

Thanks

I suggest you to go to the clinic in person, talk to the doctor and ask if there was anything wrong with your medicals. Ask his/her what are these flags on your wife's tests.

Hi, thanks for your suggestion. Well the problem is the clinic is not in my city. Its 3 hours drive to there from my city.. so its not that easy to go. But lets see what can i do about it.. thanks

Depends on the "flags" exactly. Maybe it's just taking extra time at IRCC/CIC to review. If your wife's case isn't serious, you can simply wait. I also had to wait a long time for my medicals to pass (2.5 months), but I saw a case here where it took 5 months to pass.

Thanks for your reply. Well, honestly I am not sure about the seriousness about this flag this is what it shows

Hemoglobin: A MODERATE

Urine Microscopic
RBC A 4-10 Reference: 0-3 per HPF

These are the two flags... Should we be worried?

You can take these test results to her physician to get clearer answers.

I do not think it is to worry about it, bui you can talk to the doctor who did the medicals, even by phone, and clarify your doubts.

Similar case here. AOR Nov 15. Medicals Passed. Thereafter no updates for 3 months. BG Not started. I have not even received RPRF request. It was not paid upfront. This gets me worried considering many have got RPRF request in short duration.

im in similar situation as yours. however, my case is more complicated as both me and my wife lived in multiple countries before. on top of that the country im from (singapore) requires a letter from CIC in order to request for a PCC.

other than that its largely similar that the ordinary cases.

whats yours like?
