Congrats!!! This has given me hope as I'm a CEC inland as well, all be it a Dec one, but had heard that our category was one of the slowest to be processed.

Lol. I read somewhere in the forum that NDVO rains PPRs on Thursdays. Is that true?
I might better check with BBC weather forecaster if it will rain today?
Well December guys are requested not to have their umbrellas with them as it could rain anytime

@ Scottygirl... I was also feeling the same as nothing changed on my application since Med Passed on Nov 10.

I am still keeping my fingers crossed for the rest of the process...I think, the EE backlog due to the Syrian refugee applications is slowly moving ahead and we'll see a rain of PPRs for NOVittes really soon....

I think 105 days is processing time for getting PR card and not CoPR.

Hah, yes, you are right. That isn't our problem (yet).

FSW Outland AOR Nov 15 applicant here. Medicals updated as passed by Nov 20. Since then, no further updates. Background check not started. No additional documents requested till date. Is this delay normal? Did not pay RPRF upfront.
