BG: not needed at the moment
ECAS: not available at the moment
RPRF: upfront
Additional docs: Schedule 4 and 4A (Required on Dec 1st and submitted on Dec 3rd)
ROE is now in progress....

I was asked to upload a background declaration form on December 16.

How are the chances now? Can still they reject?

It would be great if you guys can put your opinion and experiences on this.

I haven't heard anybody getting rejected after passport request. Congrats!!

NO NEED TO WORRY NOW AS ECAS HAS BEEN DISABLED FOR ALL EXPRESS ENTRY APPLICANTS! ONLY PAPER-BASED APPLICANTS CAN STILL SEE THEIR STATUS IN ECAS.
